In desperate need of some cool/original high school graduation party ideas!?

I am in charge of planning my 17 year old brother’s graduation party. It’s being held inside a big room at a rec center. He is really into music and is an avid guitar player, however, everything I’ve been coming up with seems hokey or childish. Help/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
