what are some decorations i can make for my brother’s recycling/environment- friendly graduation party?

the theme colors of the party are green and blue (like the world)
please give me ideas for decorations that i could make with supplies that arent very expensive and even better- things i will most likely have around the house. i dont need food ideas as much as i do decorations.
